EVENTS: PAST EVENTS

Of 2007

Women’s Overnighter

In October, we enjoyed a lot of fun and giggles as well as precious time with the Lord.  Dancing, eating, improvisation with a pillow, and watching Chondra Pierce.

Worship and Dance Night

The Sunday evening of July 29th,. we had a special time of worshiping the Lord with dance and banners.  Some joined in the dance and others watched, but the evening was set aside to worship the Lord with all our heart, soul, and might while we poured out our love on the Father.

Passover Celebration

April 5th 7:00 PM we celebrated a Passover like the one they celebrated in the first century.  Costumed characters demonstrated the way a traditional Hebrew family of the first century would celebrate the Passover.  A narrator also explained the awesome symbolisms that point to Jesus and his sacrifice in the various parts of the Passover.  Guests, enjoyed samples of the elements of the meal.  The evening was ended with everyone learning and dancing the Hora - a Hebrew folk dance.  It was a wonderful evening.

Harp and Bowl
Our monthly Harp and Bowl night is patterned similarly after the International House of Prayer of Kansas City model.  We have been celebrating the Lord monthly Harp and Bowl style since February of 2006.  This event combines worship, prophetic singing, proclamation of scripture, and praying the scriptures into our present day. Each evening has been unique and powerful.  Check our Upcoming events page for the next harp and Bowl.  This is like what Graham Cooke calls Let’s-waste-the-whole-evening-on-God Night.  What a way to spend an evening!  God is so worthy of our praise and worship!
